My last rebuttal was sent on January 13 at 10:34 P.M. CST.
Adarx did not reply during the 48 hour timeframe allowed. He was online during this 48 hour period, as he posted several messages at Spacebattles during that time.
Adarx agreed to use the Scientific Method and evidence
to show that he had a valid theory. I suggested "You
will argue that your theory is a valid one, utilizing the Scientific Method
and actual evidence. You will also argue that the statement as quoted
above is 'unsupported speculation.'"
His reply was "That
is pretty much what I figured." You

Adarx said that he intended to show evidence that the fighter seen in the video had sustained previous damage. His exact words were "I am going to show evidence that the Vorlon Fighter had recieved prior damage to the "single volley" which you claimed destroyed it." The debate was over my statement that "They are much less resilient to enemy fire than their larger counterparts, as at least one was destroyed by a single volley from an Earthforce Thunderbolt starfighter in Into the Fire." I presented the following video as evidence: http://www.babtech-onthe.net/adarx/adarx1.mov
During his two posts, Adarx never provided a shred of relevant evidence, despite his promise above. He only provided two pieces of evidence at all. The first was a quote from a Babylon5 Wars book, which does not support his position. The second was an incomplete definition of the word "volley." He made vague references to several episodes and Babylon5 Wars materials. I have shown conclusively that none of his references support his position.
Because my statement was based
on observation, and is consistent with the video linked above, the burden
of proof was on Adarx to show that what we saw isn't what happened.
Instead of presenting evidence to support his position, he decided to make
vague comments which turned out to be inaccurate, produce multiple logical
fallacies, and restate his original position after it was conclusively
shown to be incorrect. This is a good model on which to base an essay
on how not to debate.
